One-Pipe Central Heating
Use this solution if you live in an apartment with a one-pipe, central heating system. Place the sensor in the room where you spend most of your time. When the temperature in that room drops below your desired temperature settings, the heat will turn on in the entire apartment. The heat will turn off when temperature is warmer than your settings.
Note that this solution will work whether or not you have an individual heat meter. But you'll only save money on heating bills with a meter. This set consists of the following parts:
